What can you put in the newsletters?

Regardless of the plan you choose, you have the freedom to incorporate your own logo/header, contact details, and even seamlessly integrate a link to your online booking system. With our Premium+ Plan, you also have the flexibility to incorporate your own unique titles, captivating sentences, enticing discount codes, and captivating images into every newsletter!

At first glance, how will your patients know the email is from you?

The email address and sender's name will reflect your practice's name. For instance, if your practice is named Eyes Opticians, the newsletter will be sent from "eyesopticians-noreply@opticiansnewsletter.co.uk," and "Eyes Opticians" will be displayed as the sender.

When will the newsletters be sent?

The newsletters will be scheduled for delivery on the first Tuesday of each month. Considering that opticians offer services or products that are not frequently required by the same customer (typically every six months or so), research suggests that monthly newsletters strike the optimal balance. This frequency ensures your patients remain engaged and connected without feeling overwhelmed by an excessive number of emails, reducing the risk of unsubscribing.

What options are available to align the cost with your budget?

If you're finding it challenging to allocate funds in your budget (or even if you're not!), it might be worth contacting one of your suppliers.
